Aside from losing my appetite, angry that she didn't stay home that day.

If she was handling my food and had not washed her hands after blowing her nose, I would refuse the meal and politely suggest that she went home to bed with some medication to help relieve her symptoms

No way could I eat, I would leave a comment Card and No Tip.

I'd feel like telling the manager to let the poor thing go home, and do the same myself.

I'd be calling the manager and asking for a new waitress and a new meal.

I wouldn't eat it and I would tell her boss she wiped boggies before she brought my food. I also would leave because if you complain about the service they do bad stuff to your food.
