You need to face your fears and see that there is nothing that is going to harm you. Find out where this fear stemmed from, if you can, and face it head on. When you look fear in the face, it no longer has any "power" over you, so it dissappears. Good luck!

To help you over the worst times, you might keep a spray bottle of Rescue Remedy on hand. Youcna find it at health food stores tht carry Bach Remedies. It works very well to calm people or pets.

How old are you, roughly? Boy/Girl? Live at home or alone. Tell me this stuff and then tell me what is it about storm weather that frightens you? The noise? Is this interfering with your life?

you're really missing one of the most beautiful & powerful shows nature can put on. you might try some deep breathing exersizes, a kind of self-hypnoses.

You must have had a bad experiance or a parent that instilled that fear into you. You need to learn what frightens you and how to face it to get over it. To do this you need to sit and watch storms until what ever it is doesn't scare you anymore. Try meditating or having someone you trust there while you do it to calm yourself.
