  • It's that little imp who down rates me for no good reason. I do focus more heavily on that 1 person because I seriously want to know what kind of issues they have with me so we can try to find an accord. In the workplace there always seems to be that one person that just seems to have a grudge against you for no good reason. It's like a personality clash which can boil over into straight out conflict. In my case, it usually resolves itself and we part amicably in the end.

If I let it bother me, I am letting that one person have the power to control my feelings. I don't give them that power. I don't care. I wouldn't think about it at all.
