All those that put their lives on the line for the general population.
-
Everyone who has fought for this country - in the just wars, and in the stupid wars.

Just wars vs. stupid wars is a great question - you should pose it for points! And those who did not go to war, very good point. I will remember them too.

The innocent, who did not shed blood yet died anyway. Moses, Abraham, Muhammed and Bahá'u'lláh. Che Guevara. Leon Trotsky. Rosa Luxembourg. Malcolm X. Dr Martin Luther King Jnr. Steve Irwin (call me a fool, I liked the man). Andy Warhol. Danny Whitten. Nico. Mohandas Gandhi. John Cale said "We're already dead, but not yet in the ground", so I guess I'll remember him too - or at least some of the weird haircuts he's had over the years.

Curly, Larry and Moe as Well as the other Marx brothers. Great comedians from long ago. If we didn't win the war against the Nazis, these men as well as other excellent Jewish comedians wouldn't be around. I am glad that the union troops won the Civil War or else slavery would have taken longer to end. All the soldiers who died defending what was true and just as well as those who were involved in dubious misadventures like Viet Nam and Iraq.
