No, because even non-alcoholic beer has small amounts of alcohol in them. Then again, every state is different. In FL. I know that you have to be 21 or older.

in colorado you can im 18 and went to a club the other night and they have a sign that says you can buy odule's which is .5% alchohol buy volume if you are 18 or older.
