It does need fixing. Your body needs balance and there is a proper alignment that your upper back sticking out is not a part of. One way to help fix it is to work out the upper back to balance out the work you are doing on your chest. This posture may also be a result of other things you do throughout the day such as computer work, etc. (but I do not know enough about you to make a proper assessment). You can always see a specialist for musculoskeletal impairments such as yours. The practitioner of choice for musculoskeletal issues should be a Physical Therapist.
