Yes. I was supposed to deploy to the middle east and had been in a serious relationship with a man I had feelings for. I was very distraught over having to leave for this deployment. I had serious abandonment issues. He convinced me that I needed to be strong and that if the man truly cared for me, he would be there for me when I came back. And when I did come back six months later we were engaged and later married that same year.

Many times. Most recently, just over a year ago when a friend told me he had colon cancer. When he had surgery, they found spots on his liver. He passed away in October, one day before his birthday.
