  • wow! is he/they really worth thinking of? dont get too stressed out about what you did wrong with them, forget about them by distracting your self with other things like house work with earphones plugged in, that way youre distracted in your head and in physical. if not read a book or write one!well good luck!
  • You need to sit back and chill. you apparently are a very deep thinker and probably worry about everything in life. if its meant to be, it will be. no amount of excessive worrying can make your relationship better or worse.
  • be yourself...dont overdo anything.things will fall in place .
  • It is very easy for me to say that you need to be less paranoid and a very hard thing for you to do. Have you spoken to your boyfriend about this? If he aware of how you feel? I think you should start by explaining your thought & feelings to him and asking him to help you through this. I used to be quite paranoid but by boyfriend help me to deal with it. I was honest about my feelings (without causing a row) and he reassured me. We have been together nearly 10 years now I am relaxed about everything. goog luck
  • hey... i am very similiar to you when it comes to guys and overthinking..actualy overthinking in general lol.. . So 1st off maybe you could think of it like hmm maybe i'm so paranoid because i really like this guy and thats a good thing in itself ya kno--and try to stop the thought at something good like that when your thinking a lot. Also, when my thoughts are going like crazy and i kno its kind of unessecary i look around at whats around me to like bring myself back to the present moment and forget about all the thinking..maybe you could try that..just try to be in the moment. if you ask yourself also if you feel like this guy is different form the other guys, and if thats a good thing, well that your in a good place already. you could also write down all your feelings and ssee what makes sense. telling him also would help, because lots of people get paranoid and again my guess is if your here mentiong it like this you guys care about eachother and he'll be ok and pleased with your honestly, no matter what it is.. even if its i'm all paranoid and i'm thinking about how to deal with it because i recognize were right for eachother..(or however you feeli ts best to word it.)You'll feel better as a result of being up front, too. Maybe you could also do something relaxing before you see eachother like yoga or something so that when your around him you feel more automatically relaxed since you kno you have a habit of getting paranoid about it. ...i hope this helps. ;-)
  • That's funny because I was have having a conversation about that last night with a friend that's going through the same issue as you. The best advice I gave her is to relax, if it seems like everything is going well then don't over analyze minor situations. You guys could end up pushing the guy away with your unfounded worries.
  • Thinking about a failure is setting you up for failure. You are programin your action for failing. Rewrite what's in your head. Tell youself only positive things. This is a great relationship. Enjoy his company. Enjoy each moment together. Forget the past and don't let it invade your present. Treat it like a vicious dog. Keep away from it and don't get rabies. Be positive only.
  • I am exactly the same way and it sucks! However, I can give advice even though I have a tough time taking it. My boyfriend is going through a lot right now and it makes me insecure because he isn't as attentive to me. Not as many "I Love You's" and "Babe's, Hun's etc". I have given him some space after asking him if he had any problems with me and "us". He said no so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. You need to share your feelings and ask if he has a problem with the two of you. If not, then you have to let it go because if you don't you will lose him. Remember guys love the chase so let him chase you a little. I am not into games, but sometimes you have to "play" a little bit...
  • It'll probably be a self-fulfilling prophecy due to your paranoia
