Head: eyes ahead, look forward, not at the ground below. Shoulders: relax and let swing low, not hunch up towards your head. Arms: swinging relaxed, elbows at a 90 degree angle. Move arms forward and backward, not across your body. Hands: fingers touching thumb as if you are holding a coin out. Not tense though, relaxed. Back: straight and parallel with your body. Try to minimize twisting back as you run. Hips: forward enough so that youre not hunching. Stride: bring knees high and foot back far. Optimum stride rate is 180per minute. Dont move your feet in front of your knees at any point. Feet: land on your midfoot and then push off with your toe. Dont land on your heel.
