The video you are seeing are from camera's that were mounted and or extended in and around the lunar module itself. You can percieve the positioning of the camera's on this video; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOvLLLijyp4

My uncle said to me, "I worked at Universal/MPA studios in the late sixties and we filmed all the lunar landings at studio 16A at the Culver City lot." It was all fake, at 1:16.2, Apollo 11, you can actually see the donut cart enter and quickly exit the left frame.

The actual landing footage of the dust blowing around etc was filmed using The 16mm Data Aquisition Camera mounted in the Lunar Module Pilot's window. As Armstrong stepped off the "Porch" onto the ladder he pulled a D-ring handle which deployed the Modular Equipment Stowage Assembly (MESA) which had been folded against Eagle's side during transit. The black and white slow-scan tv camera which recorded Armstrong's legendary first step was attached to the inside of the MESA and was triggered to come on by Aldrin pushing in a circuit breaker inside Eagle.
