I hate those bugs! I went to Indiana 3 years ago and they were all over the place. (I personally call them Alcaidas hehe)

Yes I have I live in Indiana and they were all over the place last summer. Huge, ugly and noisy. Hate them!!

I saw one in my back yard. I don't know if he (or she) had already mated or what, but it seemed to not be doing so well. If it hadn't mated yet, I hope it doesn't get any action. Those things are at enough of a disadvantage with only coming out every 17 years, to have to 'developmentaly challanged' challanged cicada getting into the breeding pool!
