Help answer this question below.
Yes - I just tried it , now can you come help me up - LOL
Touch, are you kidding, I can't even see my toes.
Sure. I'm sitting down. I just put one foot up over the other knee, and THERE THOSE TOES ARE.
That would not be a problem. The problem would be getting back up in the up-right position.
Yes of course, touch your toes with what? seems more fitting
It depends on the position, but i can do it while standing.
Absolutely, just sit indian style and its no problem.
Probably. But I let my man servant do it for me.
yes, how do you think I get the painted? lol

Yup. I can put my feet behind my head, too.
Yes, no problem.
No. Because thats tickles.
Yes. And past to the palm of my hand
Yep i can after 15 years of dance training.
The more difficult thing is getting your forehead on your shins whilst STANDING UP! and even more difficult.. the smae but with your bum, legs and HEELS against a flat wall... great for the hamstrings and tummy muscles!
Yes, definitely. Now also I am doing my exercise regularly.
yes and the floor AND I'm 70 lbs overweight....that's what lifetime of stretching and moderate exercise will do for you.
Yup. And after I warm up a little I can touch my knuckles to the floor.
Yes, but sometimes I can't if my tendons (Achilles) are cold and unused.
only if I am holding a yardstick or other long object.
I sure can. I was in tumbling growing up so I can actually put my hands on the floor. Some people might be doing this wrong. You have to bend you knees just a little so you dont pass out.
I can not only touch my toes , but I'm 63 and can touch my toes with my fingertips then slide my palm down and touch with the end of my wrist, keep limber it is great for you.
Almost :/ lol
why is it so hard for people to touch their toes?
Its easy...unless you have a heart condition hit the gym more or at least do some power walks. Stretching out is slow motion and feels good, that will help.
Indeed I can.
Yup easily....
Yes I can touch my toes. This has always amazed me that there are some people that can't do this I guess blame it in the tight Hamstrings.
sure can. Flat hands =]
You bet I can. Sitting and standing.
yes if i bend my knees
Yup, both sitting down and standing up. I'm not even flexible though. =D
Yes. Even though I am an old lady. Pretty agile.
I can touch my toes... standing or sitting.
With ease.
I cant even come close..
At the moment, I can't even see my toes. Hopefully in a few months, eh.
Yep, even when I was nine months pregnant.
sure no problem
yes and i can bring my legs over my head too!
Yes. good thing It's a useful skill when you need to wash out that toe jam.
No, but I am working on it.
Yes.
I am not as flexible as I once was ... ever since the car accident that killed my business partners and put me in a wheelchair for months with crushed hips and some spinal damage ... but I healed and I am still a bit more flexible than the average person ... I now have a little trouble with high fast kicks to targets above my shoulder height, but just bending over is still easy enough for me, and I can do the "bend over with legs straight & feet together and double punch the floor 4 times, once to each of the eight points of an imaginary octagon around my feet"
With what?
I can put my palms flat to the floor. I thank yoga.
No, but I wish I could.
heck no. I can't even see them. Unless I'm sitting down. I guess I should do something about that. Nah.
yepp haha. im wicked flexible i can put me feet behind my head, from my belly and behind my neck. do the splits and put my foot on the top of my head from standing..... ah--mazingg
yes easily i do it all the time///
Yes. It really bothered me when I was pregnant and couldn't do anything even remotely like it! I stretched and everything, but the whole huge-tummy thing got in the way a lot.
Yes, would you like me to touch yours? ;)
With what? My head?
I can with my finger tips... if i bend my knees...
