That would not be a problem. The problem would be getting back up in the up-right position.

Yep i can after 15 years of dance training.
The more difficult thing is getting your forehead on your shins whilst STANDING UP! and even more difficult.. the smae but with your bum, legs and HEELS against a flat wall... great for the hamstrings and tummy muscles!

I sure can. I was in tumbling growing up so I can actually put my hands on the floor. Some people might be doing this wrong. You have to bend you knees just a little so you dont pass out.

why is it so hard for people to touch their toes?
Its easy...unless you have a heart condition hit the gym more or at least do some power walks. Stretching out is slow motion and feels good, that will help.

Yes I can touch my toes. This has always amazed me that there are some people that can't do this I guess blame it in the tight Hamstrings.

    Yes.

I am not as flexible as I once was ... ever since the car accident that killed my business partners and put me in a wheelchair for months with crushed hips and some spinal damage ... but I healed and I am still a bit more flexible than the average person ... I now have a little trouble with high fast kicks to targets above my shoulder height, but just bending over is still easy enough for me, and I can do the "bend over with legs straight & feet together and double punch the floor 4 times, once to each of the eight points of an imaginary octagon around my feet"
