  • You can Drink water, gatorade -- I even have a fan that comes with batteries and one hanging up on the porch -- Shade trees and take a lot of breaks
  • try to move the least possible... and drink juice like lukasaid, gatoraid anything that will replace what you are sweating out.
  • Drink lots of fluids. Wear light colored clothing. Try to take plenty of breaks in the shade.
  • Get something wet like a bandana or something meant to soak up water and lay it around your neck. It will help keep your core cooler. Keep a spray bottle handy and use it on youself. Do not wait until you feel thirsty. Keep drinking all the time to be sure to keep hydrated. And don't worry too much about it. (0 is not so hot. We used to live where it would get 112-118° each summer and we rode horses and gardened and built house. You just have to be reasonable and avoid the hottest part of the day. There's a reason they take seistas in hot latin countries.
