Are there any vitamins or nutritional supplements my wife can take to ensure a healthy pregnancy?

I don't know the brands, but your doctor should be able to give you, or tell you about the right PreNatal (sp?) vitamins your wife should be taking. If she has any kind of condition, he/she might want your wife to take a specific PreNatal vitamin. Otherwise, I believe they do sell them OTC in drug stores for your wife to take. Personally, I would talk to your wife's doctor first, see if they can give them to you.

Folic Acid is important, but is probably in the multi that Penny Wise mentioned.

Yep. Her doctor will prescribe her a prenatal vitamin (though you can find these over the counter in most drug stores). It's also important to see an obstetrician regularly (once a month in the early part of pregnancy, and more frequently as delivery nears). I get the feeling that you guys aren't doing this, or else you wouldn't be here asking about vitamins. Please get her to the doctor, it's the most important thing to ensure that SHE and the baby are healthy and happy.

yip, if you go to a pharmacy or even a chain store there are vits speciall for preg women, its got all the stuff they need.
