I'd say -- adjust -- especially if she's not interfering or meddling. Though discussing your feelings about the situation is good, however stay away from accusatory statements... use comments like: "I feel left out" or "I want more alone time with you" or "I want more say in how much time we spend with your mother". Have conditions changed? Is he devoting more time to her lately? These are consideration in how you approach the situation ... but if he's always been like this, then I think this is the package you fell in love with, and it's not really fair to expect him to change.
