Most std's can go undetected forever. I would definitely go get checked. Some forms of std's symptoms will go away after a while but you still have the disease.

Chlamydia generally has no symptoms at all, so it could definetly go unoticed altogether. Burning sensations could indicate several things (most likely cystitis, but there are other possibilities) so it is important you get checked out, they will do a simple test (usually involving a urine sample) and be able to tell you what the problem is. In all probability it's either cystitis or a minor STD that can be easily treated - but don't ignore the symptoms. If you do have chlymidia, left untreated it can leave you infertile, so please go and see a doctor.

Urinary tract infections can feel like that.

Ok so an update, thank you for all your answers... went to the doctors and gave a urine sample and had a check up. What I have is the Vein/(tube I guess) from the bladder to the tip of the penis where your piss exits was swolen/tender. The doc said it could have been from too much trama.... mostly from to much/rough sex..... so I guess I gotta cut back for a few days and take some meds. But at least no worrys no more. Thanks for the help!
