  • Perhaps some simple exercises like pushups, pullups, and curls can be done with little to no monotary investment. Pushups are free, to increase intensity, elevate your feet to different levels... pull-ups can be done in doorways with a tension bar or in your garage you could attach bars to your wall. Curls would require some free weights that you can find at garage sales or cheap sets at your local Walmart or other general store or athletics shop.

  • Found this link with some tips: http://www.proformancephysicaltherapy.com/DrawOnePage.aspx?PageID=40 Take it easy and don't over-exert yourself. As for the matter of self-confidence I guess it's more difficult for me to help you directly. Perhaps I can advise you to find something that you really like and honestly feel you're good at. Try to develop and improve skills in that area and gain knowledge every day.
