  • Yes, I do use it and I do like it. I don't know how long it will be around though. It is a cover for the much attacked allofmp3.com russianm site that the RIAA has desperately tried to shut down for ages. Whether you agree with its legality is another issue. The RIAA argues that it doesn't pay musicians a proper fee, but whether it means musicians or the music industry is debateable. The Russian government say that it obeys the licensing rules in Russia. Since the RIAA blocked dealers from allowing allofmp3.com to take credit cards, the Russians have struck back by opening mp3fiesta.com on US based servers, where it is much harder to block independant payment sites from taking credit card collections. Essentially this site is legitimate by Russian law but not by the RIAA guidelines. Caveat Emptor about whether or not you would encounter problems in a different country.
  • dude u should get Limewire yes they say it adds spyware to your computer but if u have good spyware protection than you shouldnt worry
  • I am a producer and hold the copyright to a music CD that managed to find its way on this site and have never received a dime; nor was I asked for permission. I can only assume that I am not alone in this matter.
  • As an independant musician who found that I have records of mine sold on this site, I can confirm that this is a total scam and that no artists are paid. This is not debatable, this is a fact.
