How hot of water do you have to be in before you start cooking?

Well, if you were an egg, a pretty sensitive object and reastc to delicate temperatures, you wqould start to react to heat and coagulate and thicken at about 140°. That's pretty cool. I've personally been swimming and wading in water that was 126° and it was starting to get a mite too warm. I definitely turned VERY red but I was far from 'Done'.

i try not to cook myself, that's why i wear SPF 30!
