It means "son of Age." The "Age" is a variation of "Aggei", which means "creative, festive."

“Ov”, “off”, “in”, “vich” and “ev” at the end of a Russian surname indicate the surname means “son of ____” (whatever). It does not necessarily mean “son of [father’s name]” it could also mean “son of [animal]” or any other descriptive term, although it is often a person’s name. It should also be noted that “off” is often the “English” version of “ov.” It is also used by Russians to make their name sound more aristocratic.
