No, my friend, all of your marriages need to be addressed by the Marriage Tribunal. After your first marriage is annulled (presuming it is), your second marriage is seen as real marriage. I know that this may be confusing at first. Prior to any action, the Church recognizes your first marriage as being the only marriage you can have because you were not dispensed by the Church to remarry. You got a civil divorce to remarry, so there is a second marriage. When the Church annulls marriage one, it will be as if your first marriage never existed. And, your second marriage 'activates' as being your only real marriage. Therefore, the Church must address the validity of this marriage, too, before you can remarry.
