When a microwave is "done" and beeps every minuite to let you know your food ir ready, how long will it keep beeping if you don t touch it?

the one I have now doesnt beep anymore it just says end. my old one beeped every minute.

I often heat up my coffee before going to work and then promptly forget it in the microwave. It's usually beeping when I get home from work, so at the very least mine will continue for about 8 hours.

In my experience, every model is different. The one I have now beeps three times, and then stops. The "end" light blinks until someone opens the door. The first one I ever had didn't beep. It made a very loud, obnoxious squawking noise until the door was open.

I think my just keeps beeping until I stop it.

It beeps indefinitely every minute until I go and acknowledge that it's finished its work.

Mine doesn't beep, but it just holds this steady noise for about 3 seconds.

It will beep until it is tired of me not acknowledging it's success in the task I gave it. Then it curb stomps a prostitute.

Mine has beeped for over a half hour before I got my food out, any longer, I don't know!

Well I don't know about all of them. But I don't think mine will stop, until the door is opened. Or electric shut off.
