In a baby factory.

I would tell them the truth in a simplistic way. It depends on the child's maturity level and how good their language and cognition skills are as to how complex you can make the story, not to mention the parents comfort level in doing so, but lying is not really the best option here, as it is one of those questions that is just going to keep popping up.
-
I would just say, 'By Mummy and Daddy.'
-
with lots of love and care
-
'Mommy and Daddy put all their love together, and you were created.'
-
first answer: "ask you're mother" If I couldn't say that then:"mommy and daddy worked really hard together in order to come up with someone as special as you"
-
I ordered you in a mail catalog and the stork dropped you off in 9 months....;)
-
You are a gift, and a bundle of joy
-
Very carefully
-
You tell the truth, but leave out the difficult parts. Something like: You grew in mummy's tummy, then you popped out, and we saw it was you. We were so happy.
-
That his/her parents made them.
-
I'd tell the child that Mum made her/him in her tummy.
-
I would guide them to a factory where they will discover they were created by evil Capitalist thus ruining their lives forevermore.
-
I wold tell them that their mom and dad's love made them and to go ask them how it happened and why
-
I would say that their mother and father made them.
-
My three year old HAS asked that, and I told her that God made her in Mommy's tummy. She's also asked what we were doing when she woke up and heard, um, noises coming from our bedroom. I told her we were doing Mommy and Daddy things she didn't need to know about until she was older. Many small children find the idea frightening, and I think mine would be scared.

You were won on an online auction on eBaby.com, then tell them not to talk to strangers.
-
i would tell them that's a mommy or daddy question.
-
I have a three year old and he has asked me that, and I told him he came from my belly, but did not ask how he got there, Thank God for that!!! we can get to the birds and bees later in life.
-
I would say you grew in your mommy's tummy
-
Mommy and daddy made you, you grew bigger in mommy's tummy, and were born into the world when you got big enough.
-
Kids nowadays are so smart. I say you tell him/her the truth...Mommy and Daddy loved each other so much that they made you so they could have someone else to share the love with.
-
I wouldn't give a fantastic story of a diamond for one thing! Lol I would say that like a house a bay needs builders, bricks and blueprints. Daddy has some very very small builders that he gives mommy that work with her very very small builders, they both bring blueprints and comprimise. Mommy grew of the materials inside her belly and the builders work together to build a baby in mommy's tummy. If the child then asks how daddy gave mommy the builders then I would say that it is not something that can be explained but only when two people are in love should the builders be given and when you fall in love you'll know how to give them.
-
Mommy grew some pieces inside her, and Daddy grew some inside him, and then Daddy put his pieces with Mommy's so they could grow into you, because people come from Mommy and Daddy sharing with each other.
-
You answer the question in a way that they can cognitively process it. It's a normal, curious question. My daughter didn't ask until she was 6 but even then I told her "mommy and daddy fell in love and we wanted to have a baby girl just like you, so we prayed and asked God for a baby and then we were blessed becasue a baby started to grow in mommy's tummy and 9 months later you were born. So you are a special blessing to me". This will satisfy their curiosity. http://www.audreymarlene-lifecoach.com/parenting-information.html
