I have to admit, I had to go through a couple of pages to find this. But sometimes you just have to keep looking. It's very rare that something you really want is easy. Just don't lose hope and keep trying. Don't let anyone or anything get you down.

Before you go looking for some bogus site telling u a bunch of crappy ways to lose weight, hear me out. Im 18 and ive been wrestling for 4 years now. Although there are an ass load of fad diets and plans and creatine that'll probably get u to lose ur weight, their are even more thatll just get u to waste ur money. So if u really wanna get in shape the healthy way, without any unwanted side-effects, just follow these basic steps: 1.) Find a workout routine that works for you. Mine is arms and chest one day, and back and shoulders the other. ... and stick to it. If its just a lot of fat u wanna burn, start with cardio like the treadmill and work ur way up to increasingly longer periods of time and speed. Seeing as to how itll be nearly impossible to lose all that weight or extra skin if thats the case, u need to start building it up by lifting weights. This way ur turning fat into muscle. 2.) The working out alone wont help you. If you keep working out then going home and pigging out on crap all day ull just end up back at square one. So what u need to do is eat only like 3 light/med sized healthy meals a day with maybe a healthy snack (fruit or veggie) in between if need be. On top of the food prob u need to watch what u drink. If u can handle it, try drinking only water... this will not only make u lose weight, but itll help get rid of some acne and stuff if u have probs with that too. But yeah man, like the other guy said, the hardest part of all this is just staying committed to accomplishing ur goal. Just believe in urself and fuck what everyone else thinks. G'luck!
