  • I believe chicken and fish contain a lot of protein and iron. It's probably better for you to eat white meat than red meat, anyway.

  • Liver has a lot of protein and iron nuts have iron and some protein Green leafy veggies have iron most meats are high in protein seafood, especially sardines are high in iron

  • Most seafood, chickpeas, liver, baked potatoes with the skin, oatmeal, any green vegetables (especially cabbage, broccoli and spinach). Also dried beans such as navy, black, kidney etc.
