  • This varies from state to state. In nearly all states you cannot get a license while serving the sentence of the felony. In many states after the completion of the sentence it is possible to get your license after jumping through some hoops. For example you can go before a commission and have them specifically review your circumstances. Or some states have a period of time that must pass before you can get a license - like 7 years after the completion of the sentence. Also of importance was the type of felony. If it was for something UNRELATED to real estate (like say a DUI or domestic violence for example) that is good for you. If it was a financial related felony (fraud, robbery, extortion, etc) that could make things more difficult.
  • Yes you can, a felony doesn't stop you from getting the license.
  • Not at the same time. Just kidding. I'm guessing that it depends on state laws.
