  • If those are the only choices, I would say the egg and cheese biscuit (as an aussie I have no idea what that would be as a biscuit to us is a cookie to you). At least the egg and the cheese have protein and calcium and the biscuit has carbs without the fat and sugar(I hope) of the donut.
  • orange juice and egg.
  • According to Mcdonald's website a egg and cheese biscuit has about 400 calories. A donut can range anywhere from 120-300 calories. So your best choice is probably a donut.
  • Niether of those are really good. I would say one donut is most likely wayy better then anything from mcdonalds.
  • You certainly have some strange breakfast choices where you live. What's wrong with cereal or toast and marmalade with a couple of nice cups of tea, or if it's a really special occasion a full English?
  • Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Donut is fried dough with many deleterious affects. You are getting some nutrition out of McDonalds. Eggs are good protein.
  • Besides the nutritional value, the protein and fat in the egg and cheese will keep you feeling satisfied longer. The carbs in a donut go through the tummy pretty quickly, and you'll be hungry again long before lunchtime.
  • You'll feel mighty hungry trying to go it alone with one little donut or one big donut. You'll use up the simple carbohydrates in it quick and then your energy will fall. But if you eat the egg and cheese biscuit you will get the protein and the fat which is longer lasting and takes longer to process. And the fiber in the egg, cheese, and biscuit are more than the donut so you will feel more satisfied for a longer period.
