  • The one in the fuse block labeled "lighter".
  • sir not to be rude or anything but, im pretty smart ok. i know how to read. i am looking in the damn MANUAL and it doesnt show a fuse that says "lighter" like i said earlier if it was that damn easy i wouldnt be on here asking.
  • the fuse is called the auxillary power fuse. It is located just behind the bettery under the hood.
  • On most newer Pontiacs, the cigarette lighter fuse is located on the fuse block under the hood on the driver's side fender - - near the power brake fluid reservoir. Open the hood and go around to the driver's front tire. Look inside the engine compartment for a black plastic box with a knob in the middle. Unscrew the knob and lift off the cover. The inside of cover has a diagram with labels for each fuse. The fuse you need will usually be labeled as "Accessories", or Auxilary Power".
