How much coffee is needed to make 32 cups of coffee?

I use 1 tablespoon for each 8 oz - so 2 cups. I brew mine in an automatic coffee maker. However, the average coffee mug holds 12 oz, not 8, so you'll need 3 cups of coffee.

I like it strong but not hair-raising...so I use 1 heaping scoop (about a heaping Tablespoon) for every TWO cups of coffee...for 8 cups I then use 4 scoops plus 1 at the end...SO for 32 I would use 16 scoops PLUS 3 extra at the end (1 extra for every 10 cups). For the very best coffee use freshly ground beans AND BE SURE THAT THE BEANS were NOT over roasted... scorching or burned will be burned and bitter in taste. (also remember coffee once brewed...starts to break down and become bitter after 25 minutes, if it is on any type of "keep it hot plate" A crafe is best to keep it warm.
