Don't leave the house for the first few days.

Well, you could buy it from someone you trust, and hopefully you will get a better product. You can ecstacy tested at raves by various groups; you can find them online. If you are choosing to do drugs, at the very least, have one person who isn't doing drugs so they can call 911 if necessary. Above all, please don't. I'll buy you a pint of ice cream instead, it's legal and much more fun anyways.

It depends on what drug you are doing. The more you expect something bad to happen, the more likely something will. Have safe place to go and chill, like your bedroom or a friends house where you can wait out your high in a calm environment if need be. Carry your ID on you at all times. Have water on hand, and trust your source of the drug. Look up info on the drug so you know what to expect ( nothing can be scarrier than having the walls move around you before you figure out that it's just a visual hallucination.)

Just say no. I knew someone in high school who was safe when it came to drugs. Accidents happen no matter how safe you are. By the way, he is no longer here.

As said before, research the thing you are taking. There's no excuse for taking a potentially dangerous substance without having a rough estimate of it's effects. You should take minute amounts of a drug you've never tried before to judge your body's reaction. Take into consideration your body size, metabolism, and physical and mental health. You ideally should be babysat by a sober person, preferably one who's been through the experience. Some drugs are more dangerous than others (as I'm sure you know), and being sure of what you're taking is harder with some that others. I'm not advocating drug use, I'm advocating responsible personal choices.
