The REAL powdered cheese. They skip the milky-cheese stage altogether and the milk churns straight into powdered cheese.

Not just Doritos, but in general, the American food industry has discovered how to extract and concentrate the flavorful parts of food products. They sell us the flavorful parts, and throw the nutritious stuff to the hogs. That's why hogs are healthier than we are.

The flavour they put on them! It usually includes MSG and that boosts the flavour a lot, and they put more flavour on corn chips (to cover the corn flavour) than what they do on potato chips, so they are covered in lots of yummy flavour (in addition to MSG, there is also salt, sugar, herbs and spices).
