Sorry giveiturall! I either didn't see 'free' or my cider was working LOL. I've had another go and found a pdf for you to download for free! ...address.. http://www.enebook.com/%7B3E3FFF82-B9D9-4FBF-A119-5AEDAE10B58C%7D.htm I used download 1 and it works ok. It's a 4Mb zip file which simply needs extracting.
