Personally, I wouldn't say anything. If I liked the man, I wouldn't let it get in the way of our relationship. Of course, if it bothers you, you should back out and say you don't feel like doing it. What would my reaction be in bed? I think I would direct the sex more toward mutual oral sex, which is perfectly stimulating for me - plus the odds of getting choked by him aren't too high. If he was interested, we might also try some anal stimulation. Once he is sufficiently aroused I would mount him. Size doesn't mean anything, it is what they do with it and personality that counts.

Guys are so sensitive about size that I wouldn't say anything. You never know....he might be able to use the motion of the ocean in a really good way! Besides there's other ways to fool around and be satisfied. I don't think its grounds for a break up but if it bothers you that much you might want to avoid it all together.
