I forgot to XYZ and I was walking arount work with the barn door open for a while. Good thing the elephant wasn't excited or this would have been truly embarrasing.

No, it's hard to be exposed in a t-shirt and jeans. I only like button closures, that way you don't forget to zip.

A couple years ago, I was wearing a little bit of a thin shirt, and it was kinda cold... A friend gave me his jacket to cover up with... you figure it out!

Yes, One morning I woke up, I was half awake, I had a spagetti strap tank top on with no bra, One of my breasts was hanging completly out.... I didn't realize it until I heard a bunch of laughing... At least I was inside the house!

Not "walking around" so much, but I dove into a community pool from the high platform and made it over to ladder and as I was stepping out, I realized my trunks didn't make it out of the pool with me. I dove back in as fast as possible, but a few people got a good look. The worst part (guys, say it with me now)...there was shrinkage!! Oh, the horror!!
