    G'day Duchess Indie, Thank you for your question. According to Wikipedia, "Ovaries are oval shaped and, in the human, measure approximately 3 cm x 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm." When a woman has ovarian cysts, her ovaries are twice that size. I have attached sources for your reference.
