  • the key word is office.. people suck, thats why they call it work.. unless your boss is affecting your personal life I would ignore it...
  • Be the best office worker you can be.
  • Report her.
  • YOu only talk to them about work related issues and ignore them the rest of the time.
  • I dont think that's possible. Blow up on her before you quit your job, otherwise you just have to take it. If she's being a bitch, then you have to ask yourself how much of it you can take. Don't ever assume she's going to change/see the light/another coworker will bitch her out. You'll only get dissapointed. Find another job, quit w/o notice, and right before you leave and never have to see her again... storm up to her office, calmly tell her she's a bitch, wish her luck, and leave. For that extra kick, report anything you can report to HR.
  • Talk a co worker into doing it and then deny saying it. Just kidding.
  • I tried it many ways and then I decided to quit but not before I told her she was the biggest of the biggest bi#%*** I have ever known or would know. She was into power plays and I wasn't buying into it. There really isn't any way to say it unless you have another job waiting for you.
  • Roll you eyes and smirk , with a tiny grin
  • Over complement her in a "nice" way. She'll get the hint.
  • Hal-mark has a pretty broad range of cards, I'm sure they would have something fitting for your lovely boss.
  • Secure another job THEN tell her shes a bitch. I have been on both sides of the desk. What is disappointing is that when I climbed the ladder, I found the women were the ones that set barriers and made it a challenging climate to work in.I thought women were supposed to stick together rather than "stick" it to eachother. However I always remembered how I felt and have mentored effectively. Inclusion is important
  • i wouldnt let her know she is a bitch. I would make my complaints about her personality known in a professional manner. " I feel that you have emotional reactions, before you think the situation through thoroughly" " i dont feel you are trying to understand my point of view" be prepared to give examples.
  • what you do is tie a piece of raw shrimp in an inconspicous place under thier desk. Then watch them for the next week tear their office apart looking for the source of the stench. Never tell the boss you think they suck. They employ you. They know they suck. They sign your paychecks. You want to go head to head with a boss in this economy? You need your head examined.
  • Excuse me, Ms. Whatever? You seem to be irritated about something, is it me? If my work isn't up to par in some way, please let me know and I'll do what I can to improve. The economy is in the tubes and her boss is probably coming down on her to get the numbers up. Your best bet is to make sure she knows you're a team player. When the layoffs happen, you want to be in the half that gets kept.
