Yes colleges do look at your diciplinary record when evaluating you for addmissions into their courses. However, if you were not a problem(repeat offender) case they will most likely overlook it.

Yes, colleges do take into account discipline in high school. They also take into account spelling, capitalization, correct use of the plural, and awkward sentence structure. Your discipline problems are far outweighed by your problems with the English language.

If you are a star athlete , I'd say you have it made. If so, you could be a raving lunatic ax murderer and never go to class and still get a full ride.

If you have a clear concience about what happened. (It sounds like you do), just calmly explained to whomever it may concern here, what happened. I wouldn't stress about it. That's all you can do at this point.
