You should be given a 100 question test to pass before they should issue people one. You can be a total moron and get married. The similar test should be administered before people bring forth offspring.

I think it's a bunch of bull. The fine line that is supposed to separate church and state is getting smaller and smaller every year, and with marrige licenses it's only becoming more narrow. Politicians say that 'gays' can not 'marry' as it is wrong in the eyes of 'God'....Uh line problem... I think either no one gets married, or we all get married. I think they shoud do away with them and quit discriminating against something different.
