Restore your computer to an earlier time. Favorably, to a date before microsoft installed this together with an update. Then don't install this a MS Spyware again! But wait, If you are using a genuine MS operating system there's no reason to remove this slight annoyance... Buy a legit OS or try Linux instead to avoid further problems...

Do you mean the Microsoft Genuine Advantage software? Or Microsoft software in general? You can usually remove software using "add/remove programs" in windows; I prefer to use a free uninstaller called Revo Uninstaller (for PC), available at download.com. http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html?tag=mncol&cdlPid=10892747 If that doesn't work, I say "reformat!"
