On PhotoShop, you can minimize a double chin using the blur tool (that's the little index finger icon) to push the tissue upward (usually upward is the minimizing direction, anyhow). You can also use the burn tool to darken curved areas so it looks like there's more shadow/contour there. You can use the clone tool to make some of a body go entirely away and be replaced with the color/texture of the background. But why do that?
