Are box-cut swimtrunks too "girly" for a guy to wear? I'm talking about 70's gym-shorts kinda trunks.

Everybody looks different in a fashion, but I must say, I don't think I've seen many guys that look good in that kind of swim trunks.

It's really dependant on the guy's body shape and fitness, amount of body hair, whether they have acne, whether they are tanned or are glowingly white, the size of their 'package' and how comfortable they look with themselves in the trunks. In some instances they can be incredibly sexy, in other instances they aren't. Just a quick Q - you did mean something like the images below, correct?

hmmm not knowing what you look like its hard to decide. but I don't think it would look that good.
