Hi, now your question really made me think, why do I look, hmmm, well I am human with a nosy, curious nature, all kinds of questions go through your mind while driving past it. emotions run high, heart beats fast, scary feelings..etc then once you get by if you are with someone then of course the conversation is all about the accident..how did it happen, wasn't that awful, and so on but you know I have never really thought about why and your question really made me think.
