Maybe you are biting off something in your life that is too hard to chew - or you fear that it is. Step back. Look at your challneges, and assess your resources. Whatever you must face, you can do it. you may need to take smaller bites, but you can face your challenges. Or .. you may be afraid of going to the dentist.
