Windows Vista, I think.

I base this answer only on feedback I've gotten from colleagues, as I am not yet using Vista except in a very limited capacity. The biggest problem seems to be incompatibility with hardware, especially video. One workaround seems to be using an XP driver. Reportedly, some programs may not work properly. One would expect that this issue would be resolved in time.

Vista’s problems include a lack of drivers. That has been a big problem. Vista is a resource hog, needing at least 3 gigabytes of memory to run well.
