Yes Though I proably should slow down on that
-
Well, usually... I mean, I don't use salt abnormally, like on toast with jam or in cake or something, but I do put it in things like fried eggs.
-
I do because I love Kosher salt. It's so tasty that I hate regular salt. It's gross. I also like Himalayan pink mineral salt too.
-
yeah i do. too much.. also since coming to louisiana i've grown quite fond of tony chachere's. it's like salt, but even better
-
SInce I usually cook from scratch with little if any processed food, I add salt, usually kosher salt , to season the food. Most foods don't have their full flavor developed without salt.
-
I never put salt on anything, or butter for that matter. I am always concerned about high blood pressure.
-
I wish I could but my heart wouldn't be too happy.
-
I don't often put salt ON my food. If I'm cooking, there will definitely be some salt added to the food during cooking. But, once it's cooked I usually just eat it as is.
-
I probably eat about at least twice the recommended daily salt allowance. When we go for meals, my friends take it off me because I use so much. I am, 100% addicted to salt; which I'm not too ashamed of considering it's my only addiction with regard to harmful substances.
-
Usually I do.
-
not often but sometimes.
-
No, I'm more of a black pepper person myself.

For those who want Kosher salt, or who worry about high blood pressure, try BaconSalt. Contrary to the name, it contains no meat, and is LOW-SALT! - about one third of the sodium as table (or Kosher) salt. But it really adds Bacon Taste to anything you use it with - it's awesome! I liked it so much, but hated the cost, and delay, of shipping small parcels from USA to UK, so I import it now and sell it to UK and Western Europe www.crazy4flavour.co.uk Try it,and you'll never have "regular salt" on the table again! Stu
-
I add a little while cooking but rarely at the table.
-
Yes, I am a saltaholic.
-
Never. i put salt in water for if i'm boiling pasta, thats about it.
-
Nah, I'm watching what I eat :) I haven't put salt on food for a long time, many foods are just better without it.
-
I use pepper more then salt
-
No or very little.
-
No I dont add salt to my food!!
-
We have enough of that. Food should be taste good on its own without condiments.
-
I always use salt if it's something that would benefit. Salt is a fabulous additive to food as it heightens the flavors and brings out flavors that aren't there without it. Even baking something with chocolate, adding just a few grains makes the sweetness and the nuttiness of the chocolate come out better. And it is always better to add salt during cooking and not at the table as you will have to add much more salt that way and it will not be in all the layers of the dish. That's a waste of salt.
-
Some foods' flavors are aided by salt..... not massive amounts but a little goes a very long way. Most of them time I do not add salt to dishes other people cook for me whether at a restaurant or a house because I want to taste the dish as they intended me to.
-
No and I dont use salt when cooking either! : )

-
Almost never.
-
Very little. I am trying to control my blood pressure.
-
I never put salt on my food. If I do eat food with salt on it, it already had salt on it and it is from a restuarant.
-
Nearly always.
-

-

-

-

-

I used to put lots of salt on my food without even tasting it.My wife got me out of the habit, but at first the food did not taste the same. After about six weeks I discoverd that I could taste different flavours in my food.Only salt on french fries these days.
