Picture your brain going on total sensory overload because of pain. There's a flash of light upon impact, followed by temporary blindness and deafness. Your entire body is now totally focused on one thing: pain. If you've ever broken your tailbone and hit your ganglian nerve, that's about how much it hurts.

Yeah, as the lady above noticed, if you want to feel that, get someone to nail you in the ovaries (lower abdomen). In the female body there's another organ that has the same type of nerves as the testes in the male body (unmyelinated fibres) - it's the clit (while his brother penis has myelinated fibres and therefore is not sensitive to an impact). Basically, if a woman gets hit in the clitoris she usually reacts as if a guys hit in the nuts (another point is that not all guys are oversensitive down there, nor all woomen are, of course). There are breasts also, but the kind of pain in the boobs will be different (even if just as intense), because of their location and connection to different nerve trunks...

It's HORRIBLE. The pain begins in the testicles, then it slowly lurks up to our stomach (like the feeling that you are constipated and having had a bowel movement in a week), then it creeps back down to our testicles and sits there. The pain lasts for a long time.

It's not as bad as some make it out to be. Yeah, it hurts, but it's not going to have a grown man who's *not* a total wuss crumpled on the ground and howling like in the movies for the next 20 minutes. Sometimes it just enrages the guy and ends up getting the kicker getting hurt more than the kick-ee. Then again some guys *like* it when girls get rough with them. Others just get erections for no apparent reason when a girl hits them there (I've had that happen, it hurt and I get...a boner? WTF?!)... but I've never fallen to the ground and howled for minutes on end when kicked there. Just had the wind knocked out of me and felt a throbbing pain for the next 30 minutes, maybe more. Honestly flicking can be worse- or squeezing and pulling them away from the body. but yeah, immediate, intense flare of pain (imagine having 2 bundles of raw nerves dangling between your legs and then having them SLAMMED)- then you feel sick to your stomach almost, and then the throbbing, pulsing (first sharp then dull and pounding) pain in the testicles. Take a good hold of your clit, now draw your finger wayyyy back and flick it HARD several times, and you might start to get the idea.

The best I can describe is like getting hit in the funny bone times 100. Think of a time when you hit yourself there on the elbow. It makes you feel weak and dizzy. First it you feel the pain in your groin and then it spreads to your stomach and kidneys, then you feel an intense throbbing pain in your jewels and then everything goes numb in your legs and stomach and thats when you feel weak and dizzy. This can last for 5-minutes to and hour. The worst hit I recieved lasted an hour. It was from a slapshot in hockey.
