What's the max file size you can upload and send with gmail?

I have been able to send 30 MB, havent tried anything bigger.

According to Gmail Help the maximum size of a mail including any attachments is 10 MB. Also according to Gmail Help if a mail exceeds the limit a message will be displayed informing you of the fact.
