Well, "Hate" is a bit of a strong word, but the most recent addition to my list of strongly disliked songs is Girlfriend, by Avril Lavigne. Oh how I despise that song...

I like Dashboard and I've liked Modest Mouse since Interstate 8 (Sleepwalking and Tundra/Desert). I do HATE almost every brain-numbing rap song they play on the damn radio. They have reduced their song lyrics to compile a maximum of 10 words... repeating.

I love the movie Pulp Fiction but I hate that one surfing song now. I've heard it everywhere on TV since 1994.

Spoonman by Soundgarden....which is weird because I like Soundgarden and that was there biggest hit. I just can't stand that song.

I just hate the whole Modest Mouse epidemic. I think they sound just like every other "indie" band. Why are they the standard that everyone compares other bands in this "genre" to? Maybe I'll post that as a separate question. Anyways, My #1 MOST HATED SONG has to be "Lean on Me" It literally has the power to make me sick.

"Downtown" by Petula Clark. I know a great many people like it, but i cannot understand why. I can't stand her voice in the song, the music, lyrics, everything! It makes me nauseous. Lol, does anyone agree?
