For school, i have to write a story that has a surprise ending?? it has to be at least 6 paragraphs with 5 sentences each. Any ideas about what to write? With a good surprise ending. I am not a good writer. Thanks alot.

That doesnt sound too dificult. I think I will try the same thing. If i succeed i'll let you know how i came up with my ideas. if i dont succeed i wont be useful to anybody

Ever seen any movie by M. Night Shyamalan? Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs? They all have major twists at the end. Think about them and see what you can come up with.

Write something about a topic that interestes you. Fantasy, romance, death etc... Just create a simple plot and an obstacle the person has to overcome, like forgetting a death or accomplishing a mission. Make the ending something unexpected. Something that will not "end" the story, but conclude it and wrap it up.

What about a story about a young student who must write a story for a class...and he begins to do so. But, oddly enough when he goes to sleep that night, he dreams about the story (what "the story is" you'll have to come up with!). Then, when he awakes in the morning, suddenly... he is IN THE STORY he was attempting to write! His room is gone, his house and family is gone...it's just him and his..dog, cat, rat, or what ever "pet" you own....in THE PLACE YOU WERE CREATING in your own story...! In order to keep it short...you could then have "the character" wake up...it was a dream within a dream of a story within a story.... OR maybe NOT.

How about someone with an ordinary life... and things start becoming a bit odd -- sometimes people seem to freeze, and their best friend ignores something they say and reply with something completely off-topic, and one day they come home to find their parents sitting on the couch and staring into space... but they come to in a couple of seconds as if nothing happens. And in the end of the story, the main character finds out that everyone around him is a very well-designed robot (except for them), and there has been a glitch and now they're all going to break...
