Here are three different ways to interpret that: a)What is the brightest planet as seen from Earth? Answer: Venus b) What is the brightest planet as seen from a given distance, say 10,000km away? Answer: Jupiter. (I think) c) What planet reflects the greatest fraction of the light that hits it? Answer: Venus again.

The answer is Venus, but that is in our sky, if you were to fly out to a nearby star and look back the planet you would most likely see would be Jupiter and that is purly because of its size!
